BPC Commercial Cooking (Iron Chef Challenge)

On the 27th of October 2012, the teachers of Bulacan Polytechnic College got an opportunity to showcase their cooking skills in Sitio Lucia Resort's own version of "Iron Chef Challenge" with the secret ingredient - Crocodile meat! Divided into six groups, they had an hour to prepare a three course meal. Sitio Lucia's in-house Chef Neth and Sous Chef Michael had the pleasure (or displeasure) of judging the dishes. There were lots of pot-banging, yelling and screaming, sprinkled with laughter in between. In the end, everyone had a great time especially Group #3 who took home the prize with their Crocodile pasta dish.
