Sitio Lucia donates bed and linen sets to Bulacan Polytechnic College

Sitio Lucia Resort Hotel and Training Center, as part of its mission to professionalize the hotel-resort and tourism industry in Bulacan, offers hands-on seminars and workshops in housekeeping, commercial cooking, front office service/management, bartending as well as quality on-the-job-training to students of Hotel and Restaurant Services/Management. 

As part of this initiative, Sitio Lucia recently donated bed and linen sets to Bulacan Polytechnic College. Three campuses (Malolos - Main, Angat, and San Jose del Monte) each received a set for the use of their students in the HRS course to practice bed-making.

BPC Commercial Cooking (Iron Chef Challenge)

On the 27th of October 2012, the teachers of Bulacan Polytechnic College got an opportunity to showcase their cooking skills in Sitio Lucia Resort's own version of "Iron Chef Challenge" with the secret ingredient - Crocodile meat! Divided into six groups, they had an hour to prepare a three course meal. Sitio Lucia's in-house Chef Neth and Sous Chef Michael had the pleasure (or displeasure) of judging the dishes. There were lots of pot-banging, yelling and screaming, sprinkled with laughter in between. In the end, everyone had a great time especially Group #3 who took home the prize with their Crocodile pasta dish.
